The Settlement Group

I should begin by telling you that The Settlement Group is affiliated with my Broker, RE/MAX Allegiance. Every time I help a buyer prepare an offer or list a home for sale, I must make that disclosure so I should probably make it here, too. Historically though, I don’t always follow the company line. If it was suggested to me to recommend someone that I didn’t have complete confidence in, I would ignore the suggestion. When possible, I work with people and businesses that provide the finest levels of service to my clients. The Settlement Group is one of those businesses.

Katie and her team at The Settlement Group are extremely professional and yet very personable. They charge reasonable rates and have excellent communication skills. They coordinate details with buyers, sellers, lenders and anyone else involved with the transaction. All of the clients I’ve gone to settlement with there have been impressed with this fine company.

The Settlement Group has five locations in Northern Virginia’s Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. They have offices in Alexandria on Leesburg Pike, in Alexandria at Franconia, Ashburn, McLean and Burke. I’ve mostly worked with the Burke location since it’s closest to my office.
